Confidentiality

Default
private.

Every engagement is confidential by default. The firm does not publish client names, case studies, sectors, or artifacts. Mutual non-disclosure is executed before any working session. References, when required, are arranged privately and matched to the situation, with explicit consent from the referencing principal.

Exclusivity

One principal
per category.

Within a given category and geography, the firm holds engagements for a single principal at a time. Where a category exclusion would limit a principal's posture, the exclusion is written into the engagement at the doctrine phase.

Timeline

Months,
not days.

The doctrine phase typically resolves in two to four weeks. Architecture installs over the following sixty to ninety days. The hold phase runs continuously. Engagements designed to deliver a result in days are not engagements the firm accepts.

Cost Structure

Retainer.
Not hours.

The firm bills on retainer, not on hours. The retainer reflects the standard the firm holds, not the volume of work product produced. A principal who values low hours-per-deliverable is better served by an agency whose model is throughput.

Governance

One named
principal at the firm.

Every engagement is held by a named principal at the firm. There is no account team layer between the client and the work. Communication runs through a single nominated channel. The principal at the firm carries the engagement personally for as long as the retainer is in force.

Geographic Reach

North America, Asia-Pacific,
Europe, Middle East.

The firm holds engagements across four geographies. Engagements outside those regions are accepted by exception and only when a local partnership is already in place.
