Integrity is the operative discipline, not a value statement on a wall.
The firm is named for the standard it holds. Integrity, in the practice of this firm, means the position a principal takes in private is the same position the principal can defend in public. Where those positions diverge, the work has not yet been done.

The firm's working definition of integrity is structural, not moral. A principal has integrity when the same position is taken in every room they enter. Investor rooms, regulator rooms, family rooms, press rooms, board rooms. When those rooms hear different versions, the architecture has failed.

Cannot be defended. Cannot be made durable. Integrity is the substrate. Everything else is the surface above it.

Website, press, podcast appearances, board bios, investor decks, social, court filings, regulatory submissions. If a single line in any of them would embarrass the principal when read alongside the others, the work is unfinished.

Every engagement begins by writing down the principal's controlling position. The document becomes the standard every subsequent action is filtered against. Press, hires, statements, partnerships, acquisitions. The doctrine is the answer to every question that follows. The architecture only enforces it.
